How To Use For Heat: Heat the mask in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Once heated, check the temperature against the inside of your wrist. If it feels too hot, wait a few moments! The mask should feel comfortable before applying it over your eyelids. For best results, leave the eye mask on for a total of 10-20 minutes. Relax, remove makeup, wash, compress, cleanse, and moisturize.

Instructions for Cold Therapy: If using the mask for puffiness, place it in the freezer until desired coolness (usually 2 hours). Then, place the mask over your closed eyes for 10-20 minutes.
